Michael was engaged to review CFCH's existing Leadership and Management Development Program content against Frontline Management Initiative (‘FMI’) competency standards, analyse similarities and differences between the existing program content and FMI competency standards, and recommend an approach for redesigning the content of the existing program so that it aligns with the FMI competency standards.
